Withdrawal policy

If you are a consumer and order an available original work through this website, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the work.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me clearly, for example by email to `ginihasloewer_art@outlook.de` or by post to the address stated in the imprint.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard shipping within Germany, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this repayment, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You bear the direct costs of returning the work. You are only liable for any diminished value if this loss in value is due to handling the work beyond what is necessary to examine its condition, properties and functioning.
